The easiest approach is to build a library around library and bookshelf, a classroom around classroom and chalkboard, then add light from the window. A single location tag tends to give a vague background, so Rinka recommends stacking three layers in the order "location -> furniture and props -> light." What prompt makes a library or school library? (Location and bookshelf tags)

For both public libraries and school libraries, the basic Danbooru tag is library. school library and reading room are weak as standalone tags, so when you want a school library, add school uniform or school desk to library to bring out a "school" feel.

What prompt makes a classroom background? (classroom, chalkboard)

classroom alone gets you pretty far, but adding chalkboard and school desk makes it "a classroom from any angle." For a window seat, adding window also fixes the direction of the light.

Use only 1-2 lighting tags. Stacking many tends to wash the image out white
If there seem to be too few bookshelves, strengthen it slightly, like (bookshelf:1.2)
For background-only images with no characters, adding scenery, no humans makes results stable

What if it doesn't work?

It looks like a bookstore -> check that bookstore isn't in the prompt. Use library and school desk for a school-library look
Lots of people show up -> put 1girl, solo at the front. For background only, use no humans
The classroom turns into a different room -> add chalkboard and school desk to state clearly that it's a classroom
The background looks flat -> blur the back with depth of field or blurry background to add depth
