Hair is the star of character design. Specify it in the order "length -> tied style -> bangs -> color -> details," and you can accurately reproduce the character in your head.

The hairstyle I specify often doesn't come out.
The rarer the hairstyle, the less training data there is and the harder it is to get. Try, in this order: adding a weight like (twintails:1.2), switching to a similar standard tag (side ponytail -> ponytail, etc.), and generating more images.
The hair color bleeds into the outfit or background (color bleed).
This is a common issue. You can reduce it by adding an explicit color tag to the affected element (white shirt, etc.) to override it, or by slightly lowering the weight of the hair color tag.
Can I change only the outfit while keeping the character's hairstyle?
If you keep the hair-related tags fixed and swap only the outfit tags, you can keep a very similar hairstyle. Fixing the seed as well makes it even more stable.
